Clearing can be much more complex than contracting for a clear cut timber harvest. Northwest Vineyard Service will manage the process by:

-         Ensuring only plantable ground is cleared. Needless clearing becomes a liability.

-         Thinning draws appropriately to prevent shading issues.

-         Consider erosion issues, slide potential and other environmental impacts.

-         Ensuring reforestation is done in compliance with Oregon Department of Forestry rules.

-          Negotiate and manage post timber harvest cleanup and road maintenance.
