Wearing many hats at NVS, Kathie began her full-time job with the company when the youngest child left for college in 2003. The NVS safety committee is among her highest priorities.

With prior career experiences that include bookkeeping, feature writing, interior design, news photography, senior caregiver, and special education assistant to autistic children-  Kathie oversees AP/AR bookkeeping tasks and HR projects. While using a digital camera to document seasonal changes in each vineyard on the ground and by air, or employees at work, she hopes her work will never be done.
