Jairo Torres

Assistant Manager of Farming

Jairo has been a dedicated employee of Northwest Vineyard Service since June of 1999.  While driving tractor for five years, he learned the "ins and outs" of farming mature vineyards. Later he was promoted to a supervisor position with the responsibility to oversee three vineyard sites. 

In 2007 he became an Assistant Manager of Farming. 

During his employment he has furthered his education by completing several courses at the Chemeketa Viticulture Center including Winegrape Canopy Management, pruning, tractor driver safety, and pesticide application.
